Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using EquiFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

EquiFlow is licensed to you under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). See: Apple Standard EULA

Subscriptions

EquiFlow Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.

Add-on Purchases

The Invoices Module and Reports Module are available as one-time in-app purchases. These purchases are non-refundable, subject to Apple's refund policy.

User Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into EquiFlow. We do not access, store, or share your data. All data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account if sync is enabled.

Limitation of Liability

EquiFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any data loss, business interruption, or other damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
