Introduction

EquiFlow ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

All data is stored locally on your device in a SQLite database. EquiFlow does not send any personal data to external servers. The data you enter (lessons, students, horses, invoices, etc.) remains entirely on your device.

Optional iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud sync, your data is synchronized via Apple's iCloud service. We do not have access to your iCloud data. Apple's privacy policy governs iCloud data handling.

Device Permissions

EquiFlow may request the following permissions, each only when needed:

• Microphone: To record voice notes during or after lessons
• Contacts: To import students or parents from your device contacts
• Calendar: To sync lessons with your device calendar
• Photos: To select a logo for your invoices

You can revoke any permission at any time in your device Settings.

Third-Party Services

EquiFlow integrates with Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 for calendar synchronization. These integrations use OAuth and only request calendar read/write permissions. No other data from these services is accessed or stored.

Data Storage & Security

All personal data stays on your device. EquiFlow does not use analytics, tracking, or any server-side data collection. There are no third-party SDKs that collect user data.

Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control at all times. To delete all data, simply delete the app or clear its data in Settings.

Children's Privacy

EquiFlow is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
